Hello wonderful Sundance Lakes neighbors! This is a friendly reminder to have your festive Christmas lights on by 7:30pm by tomorrow night 12/22/25. The social committee will be out judging for first, second, and third place winners. Prizes will be delivered by Tuesday evening 12/23. Once again thank you for making Sundance Lakes festive.

Hello Sundance Lakes Home Owners,
Gorman Paving will start work on Joseph Way, Monday, September 15, 2025. They will start at 10401 Joseph Way and go north 561’ to 10512 Joseph Way. If you live at these two residences or in between them and have sprinkler heads next to the road, please mark the sprinkler heads so the paving crew will not damage them.
On Monday they will start removing the asphalt in the north bound lane. After that they will remove approximately 4” of dirt. They will then lay 4” of gravel. They will then remove the asphalt from the south bound lane of Joseph Way, haul off 4” of dirt and replace it with gravel. Once the gravel is laid and compacted, they will lay 2” of asphalt in one lane and then 2” of asphalt in the other lane. They will then apply a bonding tac…

Everyone seems to have had a fun evening, even our OKCPD guest. Appreciation and a big thank you to the HOA Social Committee folks for the work put in for this gathering and to our hosts.

Gorman Paving will be starting road repairs next week, most likely Tuesday 9/2 or Wednesday 9/3. Neighbors should expect traffic disruptions along Joseph Way and Daryl Drive where the most intensive repairs are being done. Some minor work is also planned for the Southeast section of Sundance Drive.
